Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss the pieces with olive oil and chicken seasoning to ensure they are evenly coated.
  2. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken pieces tightly onto 6-inch bamboo skewers, placing about 4 pieces per skewer, making sure they fit comfortably in your air fryer basket.
  3. First Air Frying: Place the skewers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer (6-quart recommended), you may need to cook in batches.
  4. Flip and Sauce: After 10 minutes, open the air fryer and carefully flip each chicken skewer. Brush the chicken generously with the garlic parmesan sauce to add flavor mid-cooking.
  5. Second Air Frying: Return the skewers to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 400°F (204°C) to allow the sauce to set and the chicken to finish cooking.
