- 2 ounces grapefruit juice
- 6 ounces ginger beer

Instructions
- Prepare the rim: In a shallow dish, mix the turbinado sugar, grapefruit zest, and freshly grated nutmeg thoroughly to create a fragrant and flavorful rim coating.
- Decorate the glass rim: Rub a fresh grapefruit wedge along the rim of a highball glass to moisten it, then dip the glass rim into the sugar and spice mixture, ensuring an even coating around the edge.
- Add ice: Fill the prepared glass about three-quarters full with fresh ice cubes to chill the drink.
- Mix the mocktail: Pour 3 ounces of pomegranate juice into the glass followed by 2 ounces of grapefruit juice. Top off with 6 ounces of ginger beer, pouring slowly to maintain carbonation.
- Combine gently: Stir the contents of the glass gently to blend the flavors without losing the carbonation from the ginger beer.
- Garnish and serve: Add a handful of pomegranate arils into the drink and place a fresh rosemary sprig on top for an aromatic, festive finish. Serve immediately.
