Description

  • 1 oz Malibu coconut rum

  1. Fill the glass: Fill a glass with plenty of ice, as the crunchier the ice, the more refreshing the drink will be.
  2. Add the cola: Pour 1 cup of your choice of cola into the glass, leaving some space at the top to add the other ingredients.
  3. Mix the creamy ingredients: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut cream or coconut coffee creamer, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a splash of cherry or blackberry syrup to give the drink its signature “midnight” flavor.
  4. Add the rum (optional): If making the adult version, pour in 1 to 1½ ounces of Malibu coconut rum for a tropical, boozy kick.
