Instructions
- Muddle Mint and Lime Juice: Add the fresh mint leaves and lime juice to a shaker or mixing glass and gently muddle the mint leaves to release their aroma and oils without tearing them.
- Add Juices and Sweetener: Pour in the pineapple juice and coconut milk. If desired, add honey or simple syrup to adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- Shake with Ice: Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled and has a slight creamy texture from the coconut milk blending.
- Strain into Glass: Strain the chilled mixture into a serving glass filled with fresh ice cubes to keep the drink cool.
