Instructions
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to ensure easy removal of the bark later.
- Melt Semi-Sweet Chocolate: Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Spread Semi-Sweet Chocolate Base: Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.
- Chill Semi-Sweet Base: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to let the chocolate set firmly.
- Melt White Chocolate: While the base is chilling, melt the white chocolate chips using the same microwave method as before until smooth.
- Spread White Chocolate Layer: Pour the melted white chocolate over the set semi-sweet chocolate base and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Add Toppings: Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels, mini marshmallows, heart-shaped sprinkles, red and pink M&M’s, and optional chopped nuts evenly over the white chocolate layer. Press them gently to adhere well.
- Add Sea Salt: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top to enhance the flavor profile with a subtle contrast.
