Crust
- 1 large (10-inch) prepared Graham cracker pie crust
Filling
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- Red food coloring (optional, a few drops)
Instructions
- Combine sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip: In a large bowl, gently fold together the sweetened condensed milk and the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add pink lemonade concentrate: Stir in the thawed pink lemonade concentrate until the filling mixture is evenly blended. For a more vibrant pink color, add a few drops of red food coloring at this stage and mix well.
- Pour filling into crust: Pour the mixture into the prepared 10-inch graham cracker pie crust and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Freeze the pie: Place the pie in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight until it is fully set.
- Serve: Once frozen, cut the pie into slices and serve immediately for a refreshing dessert.
Notes
- Ensure the Cool Whip is fully thawed before mixing for the best texture.
- If you prefer a tangier taste, you can slightly reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk.
- You can garnish slices with fresh berries or a lemon twist for added presentation.
- Store leftovers in the freezer to maintain texture and freshness.
